ITINERARY

DAY 01 : ARRIVE IN NEW YORK

Arrive at one of New York's airports (JFK/LGA/EWR) and transfer on own to Manhattan. Check-in at the hotel after 3 PM (requests for early check in are at the hotel’s discretion and subject to availability at the time of arrival). Enjoy time at leisure on your own. Spend the evening at Times Square, stroll through Central Park or shop at big-name designer stores on 5th Avenue. Overnight stay in Manhattan.

Holiday Inn New York Times Square / Embassy Suites by Hilton New York Manhattan Times Square or similar.

DAY 02 : NEW YORK CITY SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast, depart for an all-day sightseeing tour of New York City with your driver/guide. Take a ferry ride from Battery Park to the Statue of Liberty Park and visit one of the most famous and enduring symbols of freedom and democracy in the world, the Statue of Liberty.

Next, make a quick stop at Wall Street before visiting One World Trade Center, the tallest skyscraper in the Western Hemisphere. Take the express elevators to the Observation Deck on the 102nd Floor for the ultimate view of the spectacular New York City skyline.​

Enjoy a driving tour of some of the most popular sites in the city, including the museums and Central Park.

In the evening, enjoy a sumptuous dinner at an Indian restaurant.   

Later, enjoy a night tour of Manhattan. Enter historic Brooklyn to view the glittering Manhattan Skyline. Experience the famous night time views and the ambience of the bustling districts of Times Square, Greenwich Village, SoHo, Little Italy, Manhattan Bridge, Brooklyn Bridge and Lower East Side before returning to the hotel. Overnight stay in New York City.

 

DAY 03 : PHILADELPHIA - WASHINGTON D.C

After breakfast, drive to Philadelphia (2 hours). The city played an instrumental role in the American Revolution as a meeting place for the Founding Fathers of the United States, who signed here the Declaration of Independence in 1776 and the Constitution in 1787. Upon arrival, enjoy a quick tour of the city. Drive through the city's important sites and landmarks, from the Historic District to Museum District and numerous neighborhoods in between.

Continue on to Washington D.C (3 hours). ​On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Enjoy a sumptuous dinner at an Indian restaurant and spend the rest of the evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Washington D.C.

DAY 04 : WASHINGTON D.C SIGHTSEEING - DEPARTURE
After breakfast, enjoy a city tour of Washington D.C. See the city's most famous sights such as the iconic White House, Capitol Hill and the Jefferson, Lincoln, Washington and Vietnam Veterans Memorials.

Visit the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum to explore a truly wondrous exhibit of air and space vehicles - the largest exhibit of its kind in the world hosting over 60,000 artifacts ranging from World War planes to history of aeronautics. Spend an hour or two exploring the various exhibits in the museum.

After the tour (5 hrs), you will be transferred to Dulles International airport (IAD) for your flight back home. Please note that you will be dropped off at the airport before 2 PM. 

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS: There will be no more than 11 guests on the tour.

MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS: If a departure does not have at least 4 paid guests at 15 days prior to the tour date, guests will be given the option to reschedule their booking to a future scheduled departure date at no charge, or switch to the designated alternative private tour - Best of the East by paying the difference amount. Alternatively, guests may choose to cancel their booking and receive a full refund (including the booking deposit of $250 per person).

FLIGHT INFORMATION

Guests can book their flights on own with any airline of their choice. Suggested timings for arrival and departure are as follows:

Arrive in New York on Day 1 and transfer on own to the hotel in Manhattan. Check-in anytime after 3 PM. Guests can depart from Dulles International airport (IAD) anytime after 4 PM on Day 4. Your driver will drop you off at the airport before 2 PM. Please note that drop-off cannot be arranged for late departures. 

PRICING

Price per guest is based on accommodation in double rooms.
Single travelers have to pay a $400 single room supplement to ensure a private room.

Children (2-9 years) will receive a 25% reduction in the tour price.

 

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is required in order to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days prior to your tour departure date.

Any payment made (less the first $250 per person deposit) is fully refundable up until 15 days before your tour departure date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 15 days of tour departure.

You can cancel and rebook for free up to 15 days prior to your tour departure date.
