ITINERARY

DAY 01 : ARRIVE IN NEW YORK - TIMES SQUARE

Arrive at JFK airport. You will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Manhattan. Check in to the hotel after 3 PM (requests for early check in are at the hotel’s discretion and subject to availability at the time of arrival).

Meet your tour director at 7 pm in the hotel lobby to start the tour. Enjoy a sumptuous dinner at an Indian restaurant (walking distance from the hotel). After dinner, spend time at Times Square, a busy and famous spot in the heart of New York City, also known as the "Crossroads of the World". Return back to the hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 02 : NEW YORK CITY SIGHTSEEING

Take a ferry ride from Battery Park to the Statue of Liberty Park and visit the famous Statue of Liberty. In the afternoon, have an international lunch (on your own).

Later, make a quick stop at Wall Street before visiting One World Trade Center, the tallest skyscraper in the Western Hemisphere and built on the site of the original World Trade Center complex. Take the express elevators to the Observation Deck on the 102nd Floor for the ultimate view of the spectacular New York City skyline.

Go on a tour of the city with our experienced hop-on tour guide. Make a photo stop at Ground Zero (entrance to the 9/11 memorial is not included). Drive by Rockefeller Center, a famous Art Deco NYC  landmark located in the heart of Midtown. Enjoy the famous views and the ambience of the bustling districts of Times Square, Greenwich Village, SoHo, Little Italy, and Brooklyn Bridge.

Visit the Apple Store on Fifth Avenue. The iconic Apple Cube store first opened its doors in 2006, with Apple founder Steve Jobs personally welcoming customers to the retail store. Spend time at the store, discovering and trying out the brand's latest products.

In the evening, enjoy a sumptuous dinner at an Indian restaurant before returning to the hotel for overnight stay. 

 

DAY 03 : PHILADELPHIA - WASHINGTON D.C

Get an early start to your day and depart for Philadelphia (2 hours). Upon arrival, enjoy an entertaining guided tour of the city. See the city's important sites and landmarks on your tour route, as your expert guide mixes fun and history into an interactive tour experience.

After lunch in Philadelphia, drive to National Harbor near Washington D.C. This vibrant Waterfront District on the banks of the Potomac river offers more than 75 boutique shops, restaurants and entertainment options along picturesque tree-lined promenades. It is highly recognized for its iconic Capital Wheel, a 180-foot observation wheel offering panoramic views that include DC monuments. Enjoy a sumptuous dinner en route at an Indian restaurant before checking into your hotel. Overnight stay in Washington D.C.

DAY 04 : WASHINGTON D.C SIGHTSEEING - HARRISBURG

Enjoy an expert guided city tour of Washington DC, where you will visit the famous sights of the capital city such as the iconic White House and the Jefferson, Lincoln, Washington and Vietnam Veterans Memorials. 

​Visit the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum to explore a truly wondrous exhibit of air and space vehicles - the largest exhibit of its kind in the world hosting over 60,000 artifacts ranging from World War planes to history of aeronautics.

Drive to Harrisburg. Enjoy some retail therapy at the Tanger Outlet Mall. Shop designer brand labels at low prices in factory outlet stores before enjoying a sumptuous dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight stay in Harrisburg.

DAY 05 : HERSHEY - CORNING - NIAGARA FALLS

Tour the Capitol of Pennsylvania in downtown Harrisburg. The State Capitol is often referred to as a "palace of art" because of its many sculptures, murals and stained-glass windows, most of which are Pennsylvania themed. (Guided tour is subject to availability and timing)

Visit Hershey’s Chocolate World where you can experience the enjoyable Hershey’s Great American Chocolate Tour Ride. Drive to Corning to check out the world’s most comprehensive Glass collection at the Corning Museum of Glass

Proceed to Niagara Falls (3 hours). Upon arrival in the evening, enjoy a sumptuous dinner at an Indian restaurant before checking into your hotel. Later, experience the magic of Niagara Falls at night, where you can see the Falls lit up in the colors of the rainbow. Overnight in Niagara Falls.

DAY 06 : NIAGARA FALLS SIGHTSEEING

Visit the world famous Niagara Falls for a true American experience. Spend the day taking in the spectacular beauty of the Falls through a variety of attractions and activities that are safe for children of all ages.

There will be no bus available for today as the hotel and restaurant are at an easy walking distance to the park.

Visit the Niagara Adventure Theater and watch an IMAX show on the myths and mysteries of one of the most storied natural wonders of the world. Experience the unforgettable Maid of the Mist boat tour, America’s most amazing boat ride since 1846! See the raging currents and hear the deafening thunder as you get close to the Falls.

Get up close and personal with the Falls with the Cave of the Winds trip, which takes you closer to the waters of Niagara Falls than you thought possible.

In the evening, spend free time on own before enjoying a sumptuous dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight in Niagara Falls.

DAY 07 : BUFFALO - LAS VEGAS - LIMO TOUR

Check out of the hotel before 11AM and transfer to Buffalo airport for your departure to Las Vegas. Your driver will pick you up from the hotel based on your departure flight timing.

Fly to Las Vegas. 

Arrive at Las Vegas International Airport. You will be met by our representative at the baggage claim area and transferred to your hotel. ​Check in to the hotel after 4 PM (requests for early check in are at the hotel’s discretion and subject to availability at the time of arrival).

There will be no bus available for today and tomorrow as the restaurant is at an easy walking distance from the hotel.

​Meet your tour manager at 6 pm in the hotel lobby to start the tour. Dinner will be at Indian restaurant (walking distance from the hotel).  After your dinner, explore the bright lights of the famous Las Vegas Strip in a stretch limousine where you’ll have an unobstructed view of the Vegas glitz and glamour, including the breathtaking Fremont Street show. Make a regal entrance back at the hotel in the Limo once your tour is done.​

DAY 08: FREE DAY OR *OPTIONAL* GRAND CANYON TOUR

Today is a free day to explore the attractions at Vegas on own.  If you have booked your optional Grand Canyon tour with us, our Tour director will drop you off at the pickup location for your tour at the hotel. If you are not visiting the Grand Canyon, we will hand out $20 cash per person towards breakfast. ​

In the evening enjoy a sumptuous dinner at the nearby Indian restaurant located at a walking distance from the hotel. 

DAY 09: LOS ANGELES - SIGHTSEEING

Check out from the hotel and after breakfast, transfer to Los Angeles. Enjoy some retail therapy at Ontario Mills, one of the top shopping and tourist destinations in Southern California.

Proceed on an expert guided tour of Los Angeles with our experienced tour guide. Drive through many famous attractions, including the Avenue of Stars, Dolby theater and Rodeo Drive. Get your picture of the famous Hollywood sign from one of the vantage points.

​Enjoy a sumptuous dinner at an Indian restaurant before checking into your hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 10: UNIVERSAL STUDIOS

After breakfast at the hotel, visit the Universal Studios to enjoy a full day at the park. This sprawling amusement park with its thrilling theme rides, restaurants and shows also has one of the oldest real working movie studio in use and offers a unique & fun filled experience for the whole family. 

​Leave the park in the afternoon (at approximately 3 pm) to proceed to Bakersfield, CA. Enjoy a sumptuous dinner at an Indian restaurant on the way.

DAY 11: YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK - SAN FRANCISCO

After breakfast, enjoy a scenic drive to Yosemite National Park (approximately 5 hours). This Park is the “Crown Jewel” of the United States National Parks system and one of the nation's most popular parks. ​Marvel at the breathtaking beauty around you and learn about the history, wildlife and geology of Yosemite Valley’s most famous sights.

​After the tour, drive to San Mateo (approximately 4.5 hours) and check in to the hotel. Enjoy a sumptuous dinner at an Indian restaurant en route.

DAY 12: SAN FRANCISCO SIGHTSEEING WITH CRUISE

After breakfast, checkout from the hotel and proceed to San Francisco for a full day tour of the city that is considered by many to be the most beautiful city in America. Take the San Francisco Bay Cruise, an exciting cruise of the bay sailing past historical and breathtaking sights such as the Golden Gate bridge, Alcatraz island, Downtown, Marina etc.

Go on an expert guided city tour visiting the famous landmarks of the city including Fisherman’s Wharf, Nob hill, Financial district, Lombard Street, China Town and Golden Gate Bridge Park.

Enjoy an exciting ride on the famous San Francisco cable car, the world’s last manually operated Cable car system, for a ride like no other in the world (if operational).  

Enjoy a spectacular view of San Francisco from Twin peaks, the two prominent hills with an elevation of about 925 feet (282 m) located near the geographic center of San Francisco and offering one of the best views of the city.  

End the tour with a visit to The Flyer SF at Pier 39 for a fun and exciting interactive experience with the whole group. ​Later, enjoy a sumptuous dinner at an Indian restaurant before returning to your hotel. 

 

DAY 13: DEPARTURE

After breakfast, check out from the hotel (check out time is 11 am). The hotel offers complimentary shuttle to SFO airport. Please check with the bell desk regarding shuttle timings. If you have any early flight & no shuttle is operational, please take a cab on own. (Shuttle timings is from 5 AM to 9 PM). Breakfast is not available if you are taking an early flight.

All group tours are subject to a minimum group size. A tour may be cancelled if it does not have a minimum number of paid guests. If we cancel a tour, you can choose to either reschedule your booking to a future scheduled departure date at no charge or cancel your booking and receive a full refund.

If a departure has less than 15 guests, the tour will be conducted in a large van by the driver who will also perform the role of a tour manager.

OPTIONAL GRAND CANYON TOUR

You can choose to purchase one of the following optional Grand Canyon tours while booking your tour with us (the cost of the optional tour is not included in the tour price).

1. Coach Tour of Grand Canyon West Rim with Skywalk ($195 per person)

Duration: 13-14 hours; Pick Up Time : 6 am from hotel.

Add-on a 15-min helicopter ride over the Canyon and a 15-min boat ride on the Colorado river for $196 per person​.

2. Air and Ground Tour of Grand Canyon West Rim with Skywalk ($350 per person)

Duration of Tour: 6 hours from hotel to hotel. Fly to the Grand Canyon West Rim aboard an elite airplane.

Add-on a 10-min helicopter ride over the Canyon and a 15-min boat ride on the Colorado river for $156 per person.

3. Air and Ground Tour of Grand Canyon South Rim ($365 per person)

Duration of Tour: 10 hours from Hotel to Hotel

Pick Up Time : Early morning tour. Fly to the Grand Canyon South Rim aboard an elite airplane. Packed lunch is included in the cost.

Add-on a 25-min helicopter ride over the Canyon for $170 per person​.

FLIGHT INFORMATION

Travelers can book their flights on own with any airline of their choice. Suggested timings for arrival and departure are as follows:

1. Arrive at New York JFK on Thursday between 1 pm and 4 pm. If you arrive after 5 pm (for domestic arrivals) or 4 pm (international arrivals), you might miss the itinerary scheduled for Day 1.

2. Depart from Buffalo BUF airport on Day 7 (Wednesday) anytime in the morning but arrive at Las Vegas International airport (LAS) before 4 pm.

3. Depart from San Francisco SFO on Tuesday the  following week anytime after 8 am (hotel checkout time is 11 am).

PRICING

Price per guest is based on accommodation for two adults in a double room.
Single travelers have to pay a $900 single room supplement to ensure a private room.

Children (2-9 years) will receive a 40% reduction in the tour price.

Three or four adults sharing a room will receive a 8% reduction in the tour price.

 

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking: A $250 deposit per guest is required to reserve a place on the tour. The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days prior to departure.

Cancellation: Reservations can be changed or cancelled at no charge, up to 15 days before the scheduled tour date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 15 days prior to tour departure.

OPTIONS

1. Pickup from JFK airport is complementary. Pickup from LaGuardia (LGA) and Newark (EWR) airports can be arranged upon request and will cost $20 per person. 

2. Cost of pre-night stay at Sheraton Times Square: $125 (adult) / $45 (child). Single room supplement is $120. Breakfast is not included. Price is per person and valid for one night stay only.

3. Cost of post-night stay at San Mateo Marriott: $140 (adult) / $45 (child). Single room supplement is $125. Breakfast is included. Price is per person and valid for one night stay only.

COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES

Guests are required to wear face coverings or masks while on theTour and in Public spaces, and strictly
observe social distancing at all times.

Hotels, Restaurants, and Attractions have their own COVID-19 guidelines, and guests are expected to
adhere to their rules and guidelines.

Guests exhibiting symptoms indicative of COVID-19 will not be allowed to continue on the tour and are required to immediately contact their health insurance company for assistance.
