My parents liked that the tours were very professionally organized, very punctual and comfortable. They liked that the hotels and dinner at night were good and ensured that they were not left worried about finding the veggie food. Niagara falls appears to be the highlight of their tour followed by the open bus tour in New York City. You made their trip to the US worth it - thank you!

Excellent accommodation, knowledgeable and friendly guides and well-planned tours. The night tour at New York was amazing, so were the activities planned during the bus journeys. One point worth mentioning though, is that, it would be great if the tour ended where it started.

But for the disappointment of Maid of the Mists not being functional, the entire tour went like a breeze and the itinerary was covered well. accommodation and meals were upto the mark and the coach was extremely comfortable. The tour director was very efficient and managed the tour without hiccups. In all, a memorable tour!
