The Elegant East Coast tour was very well organized and one of the best trips we have been on.
The tour manager was excellent and did a great job. She planned it very well and everything was communicated to the tiniest details very clearly. So we did not have to worry about anything and had a great experience.
Due to this, we have now booked the West Coast tour on October 29 and hope to have a similar experience there as well.
The only suggestion we would have is to include restaurants that also cater to South Indian travelers as well.

It was professionally managed tour, Driver was Good , Hotel Check in were smooth, Food quality was Very good and for me i was taken care that i get the Jain Food. and the Tour Manager was Excellent in management. It was memorable tour.

We booked a USA East Coast tour with Open Winds covering New York, NJ, Washington DC, Philadelphia, and Buffalo. The highlights included visits to memorials, monuments, museums, the Corning Museum of Glass, Elmira, Hershey’s Chocolate World, and a delightful dinner cruise around the Statue of Liberty along with NY, NJ, DC, Philly, PA and Buffalo.
The accommodations were very comfortable, and the daily hygienic Indian buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. The visit to Philadelphia and the Statue of Liberty dinner cruise, which featured music, photography, and delicious food, was amazing.
The trip was well-organized, balancing sightseeing from the bus as well as with a time limit at major attractions. Our group was very cooperative, making the journey even more enjoyable. The guides were knowledgeable, tour manager was soft-spoken yet disciplined, and pilot Vicky’s smooth driving ensured a safe and pleasant experience.
We suggest that more time be allotted to the museum visit (without combining with lunch time)
Overall, it was a wonderful, memorable, and truly unforgettable tour.

Overall, the tour was well-organized, enjoyable, and memorable. With small improvements – extended itinerary, better food arrangements in San Francisco, and a stronger guide in Las Vegas – this tour can be elevated from good to truly outstanding.

The tour was great, well coordinated right from the airport transfers, the hotels, food, the bus, and so on.

The tour manager was well aware and a wonderful person.

One suggestion is to extend it by a day as we felt it was a bit of a tight schedule

Our Canadian Rockies tour with Open Winds was very well conducted with great food and accommodation at almost all places. Our tour guide was awesome he was caring about everyone's concern and was very punctual with time so we could enjoy each destination nicely without being rushed. His narration about each place was perfect. Thank you for everything you had done for us on this tour and hopefully we can go on our next tour with you.

We enjoyed the tour . Especially our tour manager has arranged so nice in every aspect. Our driver Manso is nice guy with so nice driving and helping seniors to handle. In fact we enjoyed international tour very lot. Thanks to all behind this arranging a wonderful tour.

Openwinds booking was smooth. The tour managers executed tour operations very practical and friendly manner. Dinner Indian food were fine. American breakfast were dismal though and should be improved for more vegetarian options.

Oh, our tour of West Coast concluded so fast. 7 days just flew away. We had a great time in visiting scorching heat Las Vegas to chilling city San Francisco with friendly Manager. Organization of tour was fantastic, covering major aspects of every place and making us think for a revisit to the places for a longer duration.
