DAY 01 : ARRIVE IN WASHINGTON, D.C. - TRANSFER TO HOTEL
Arrive at Washington D.C.’s IAD or DCA airport, where your private driver will meet you for a smooth transfer to your hotel in a safe and convenient area with easy access to the city’s main attractions. After check-in, take some time to relax or step out to enjoy the lively surroundings, with restaurants and shops nearby.
Optional: Enjoy a freshly prepared Indian dinner conveniently delivered to your hotel.

DAY 02 : FULL-DAY PRIVATE CITY TOUR OF WASHINGTON, D.C.
After breakfast, set out on a private full-day city tour with your driver, designed to cover Washington D.C.’s most iconic landmarks in comfort and at an unhurried pace. Visit the Lincoln Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, U.S. Capitol (photo stop), the White House (photo stop), the famous monuments across the National Mall, and a Smithsonian museum, each offering time for photos and relaxed exploration.
Your personal driver ensures a smooth experience throughout the day, with convenient stops and flexibility to linger where you wish.
After the tour, return to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure. You may also choose to revisit a favorite spot, shop at a nearby mall, or enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

DAY 03 : CHECK-OUT & DEPARTURE TRANSFER
Check out and transfer to the airport by private vehicle. If your flight is later in the day, you may explore nearby areas or enjoy some last-minute shopping. Luggage can be stored at the hotel until your airport transfer.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION & TERMS
Travel Vouchers
Travel vouchers for hotels, transfers, and tours will be issued at least 72 hours before departure, provided full payment has been received.
Accommodation
Accommodations will be arranged at the specified hotel or a similar property of comparable quality and location, based on availability at the time of booking.
Hotel Details
• Standard room configuration is 1 or 2 beds, depending on occupancy.
• Requests for specific bedding types or adjacent/interconnecting rooms must be made at the time of booking (subject to availability and possible surcharge).
• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. | Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Porterage/Baggage Handling: Not included; available at hotel bell desk for an additional fee.
• A refundable security deposit for incidentals may be required at check-in.
Surcharges & Blackout Periods
• Tour rates are based on typical seasonal pricing.
• Supplemental charges may apply for bookings made close to the travel date, or when preferred hotels are unavailable due to high demand, large events, or peak travel seasons.
• Certain dates may be unavailable or subject to special event pricing during U.S. holidays and major local events (such as Thanksgiving, Independence Day, New Year’s celebrations, parades, or citywide festivals).
• All rates and availability will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Airport Transfers
Round-trip private airport transfers are included from the specified airports only.
To avail of this service, all travelers in the group must arrive and depart together. Separate transfers may incur additional charges.
Sightseeing & Itinerary Management
Your private driver will meet you at the hotel entrance to begin your full-day city tour. The itinerary is pre-planned for your convenience but may be adjusted by the driver in real time based on traffic, weather, or local conditions. Sightseeing is limited to 8 consecutive hours, including transfers, after which the driver will drop you back at your hotel. Any additional hours beyond this limit are subject to the driver’s agreement and must be paid directly in cash.
Name Accuracy & Travel Documents
Traveler names must exactly match those on government-issued photo IDs or passports. Any corrections after booking may result in supplier-imposed fees, payable by the traveler.
All travelers are responsible for securing valid travel documents, including passports and any required visas.
Meals & Amenities
Hotels may not offer in-room water bottles, coffee/tea makers, or Wi-Fi. These amenities are not guaranteed and vary by property.

​PRICING & OCCUPANCY DETAILS
• Price is based on a minimum of 3 travelers.
• For 2 travelers, a $250 per person surcharge applies.
• Solo traveler rates available on request.
• Children aged 2+ charged at the standard rate; infants under 2 travel free (no separate bed or seat)
• Surcharges may apply for travel during peak seasons or periods of high demand.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Payment:
• A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining balance is due 30 days before the tour start date.
Cancellation Policy:
• 30 days or more before travel: Full refund.
• 15–29 days before travel: 50% refund.
• Within 14 days of travel: Non-refundable.
Amendments:
• We understand travel plans can change due to health or family reasons. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but requests made less than 10 days before travel are subject to availability and any additional costs.
• Hotel upgrades or itinerary adjustments are possible, depending on availability and price.
