BOOKING PROCESS

1. Request Your Quote: Click “Get My Quote” to tell us your travel dates and preferences. Our base itinerary is published on our website, and you can request optional upgrades like hotel enhancements, added nights, or extra activities, all subject to availability.

We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with a personalized quote based on your travel dates and selected options.

2. Confirm Your Booking: Once you approve the quote, we'll send you payment instructions to reserve your tour. Your booking is confirmed once we receive the required payment.

PAYMENTS & CONFIRMATION

• Deposit: 30% due at the time of booking to confirm your tour.

• Balance: Remaining 70% due 30 days prior to departure.

Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as applicable. If any service becomes unavailable, comparable alternatives will be offered.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

• Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in automatic cancellation without refund.

• Refunds for unavailable services will be processed within 30 days, subject to supplier policies.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodations will be arranged in the specified hotel category or similar alternatives, selected based on availability, quality, and location at the time of booking. A refundable security deposit may be required by some hotels at check-in, payable directly by the guest.

TRAVEL VOUCHERS

Travel vouchers for hotels, transfers, and tours will be issued 72 hours prior to departure, provided full payment has been received.

EXCLUSIONS

Unless otherwise stated, the following are excluded:

• Transfers between the hotel and SIC tour pickup and drop-off points or attractions

• Transfers between the hotel and train or bus stations

• Personal expenses (room service, minibar, laundry, etc.)

• Local city or resort taxes (payable onsite)

• Checked baggage fees on low-cost carriers unless pre-booked

• Meals, tips, porterage unless specified

• Seasonal surcharges (e.g., holidays)

• Optional tours or activities not listed

• Visa fees and travel insurance

AIRLINE BAGGAGE POLICY

Checked baggage is generally not included with low-cost carriers. We will contact you within 48 hours of booking confirmation to assist with baggage options. Please share any specific requirements at least five (5) days before departure.

HOTEL POLICIES

• Check-in: From 4:00 PM

• Check-out: By 11:00 AM (local time)
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and at the hotel’s discretion.

SCHEDULED SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES

Please be punctual for all scheduled activities and pick-up times. Delays may result in missed services, which are non-refundable.

FORCE MAJEURE

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, government restrictions), refunds depend on supplier waivers. We will pursue refunds but cannot guarantee them.

NAME ACCURACY

Passenger names must exactly match the ID or passport to be used during hotel and flight check-ins. Any rebooking or name-change fees due to incorrect information will be the customer's responsibility.

VISA RESPONSIBILITY

All travelers are responsible for securing any required visas. Please verify entry requirements for your destination in advance.​​
