BOOKING PROCESS & CONFIRMATION

1. Quote Request & Customization:

Click “Get My Quote” to submit your preferred travel dates and request a quote. You can optionally customize your package by selecting sightseeing activities, requesting hotel upgrades, or adding extra nights — all subject to availability.

Once we receive your request, we’ll send you a personalized itinerary with your selected options and a detailed price quote within 1–2 business days. The quote is valid for 7 days and subject to availability.

2. Booking & Deposit:

To confirm your tour, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. If the quote has expired, we’ll issue an updated version reflecting current availability and pricing before proceeding.

Once the deposit is received, we’ll begin securing services such as accommodations, transportation, and any selected activities.

Note: In the rare case that a selected service is no longer available at the time of booking, we will offer suitable alternatives or adjust the itinerary and pricing accordingly.

3. Confirmation:

You’ll receive your official booking confirmation and finalized itinerary via email within 3–5 business days, depending on availability and itinerary complexity.

Note: Slight delays may occur during peak seasons.

4. Final Payment:

The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your tour start date. Late payment may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of your deposit.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation will be provided in hotels of the specified category, selected by our team based on availability and reputation. All accommodations are chosen for quality, location, and guest experience. 

Note: Some international hotels may require a refundable security deposit upon check-in, as per their policy.

TRAVEL VOUCHERS

All travel vouchers (i.e., hotel, transfers, tours) will be issued 72 hours before departure, provided full payment has been received.

EXCLUSIONS

Unless specifically stated in your quote, the following are not included in the package price:

• Personal expenses (laundry, room service, minibar, alcoholic drinks, etc.)

• Local city taxes (if applicable), payable directly at the hotel

• Checked baggage for low-cost carrier flights (available at an extra charge)

• Seasonal or mandatory event surcharges (e.g., Christmas, New Year)

AIRLINE BAGGAGE POLICY

Checked baggage is generally not included with low-cost carriers. We will contact you within 48 hours of booking confirmation to assist with baggage options. Please share any specific requirements at least five (5) days before departure.

HOTEL POLICIES

• Check-in: From 4:00 PM

• Check-out: By 11:00 AM (local time)
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and at the hotel’s discretion.

SCHEDULED SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES

Please be punctual for all scheduled activities and pick-up times. Delays may result in missed services, which are non-refundable.

PRICING DISCLAIMER

Prices for optional sightseeing activities are indicative and subject to change without notice, based on the service provider’s rates at the time of booking.

NAME ACCURACY

Passenger names must exactly match the ID or passport to be used during hotel and flight check-ins. Any rebooking or name-change fees due to incorrect information will be the customer's responsibility.

VISA RESPONSIBILITY

All travelers are responsible for securing any required visas. Please verify entry requirements for your destination in advance.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

• Final Payment: Due 30 days prior to departure.

• Cancellation Policy:
 • All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
 • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after booking confirmation, regardless of reason.

• Non-Payment: Failure to pay the full balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you prior to cancellation. No refunds apply in such cases.

• Non-Operational Services: If a confirmed service becomes unavailable due to unforeseen operational reasons, a refund for the affected portion will be processed within 30 days.

• Last-Minute Bookings: May incur additional charges or result in upgraded accommodations based on availability.

• Force Majeure: In case of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), we will pursue the highest possible refund from third-party suppliers. Refunds will be issued only to the extent that suppliers waive their charges.​
