ITINERARY
DAY 01 : ARRIVE IN LAS VEGAS
Arrive at LAS airport. After collecting your luggage, contact your driver using the number provided on your voucher and proceed to the designated meeting point for your complimentary transfer to the centrally located hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. Upon arrival at the hotel, check in after 4 p.m.; if you arrive earlier, you may leave your luggage with the bell desk and explore the vibrant sights of Las Vegas.
Meet your tour director at 6 p.m. in the hotel lobby to start the tour.
Enjoy a flavorful dinner at a local Indian restaurant. Visit The Sphere (optional), a state-of-the-art venue offering immersive visuals, cutting-edge sound, and an unforgettable multi-sensory experience

DAY 02 : OPTIONAL GRAND CANYON TOUR - LAS VEGAS SIGHTSEEING
Today is a free day to explore Las Vegas at your own pace. A variety of optional activities are available and may be booked independently. For those interested in experiencing remarkable natural scenery, consider a tour of the Grand Canyon’s West Rim or a visit to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. A helicopter tour over the Grand Canyon provides a spectacular aerial perspective of this iconic natural wonder.

In the evening, savor a flavorful dinner at a local Indian restaurant, then embark on a guided Las Vegas Strip Night Tour to marvel at the glittering lights, themed resorts, and iconic attractions along Las Vegas Boulevard. Continue to the Fremont Street Experience, where a massive LED canopy comes alive with a dazzling light-and-sound show as zipliners soar overhead.
Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 03 : SHOPPING - LOS ANGELES SIGHTSEEING
After a delightful breakfast, check out from the hotel and embark on a scenic journey to Los Angeles, the entertainment capital of the world (approximately 4 hours).
Along the way, indulge in some retail therapy at Ontario Mills Mall, a premier shopping and tourist destination in Southern California, offering a mix of top brands and unique finds.
Upon arrival in Los Angeles, set out on an expert-guided city tour, where our knowledgeable guide will introduce you to the city’s most iconic sights. Drive past legendary landmarks like the Avenue of Stars, Dolby Theatre, and the glamorous Rodeo Drive. Capture the perfect photo of the world-famous Hollywood Sign from one of the city's best vantage points.
As the day winds down, savor a delicious Indian dinner, a comforting taste of home amid the dazzling cityscape, before checking into your hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 04 : UNIVERSAL STUDIOS - FRESNO
Start your day with a hearty breakfast before heading to Universal Studios Hollywood, where an unforgettable adventure awaits. This world-famous theme park brings movies to life with thrilling rides, spectacular shows, and immersive experiences. Step behind the scenes at one of the oldest working movie studios, offering a glimpse into Hollywood’s magic while enjoying a day of excitement for the whole family.
In the afternoon, drive to Fresno (approximately 4 hours). Enjoy a sumptuous dinner at an Indian restaurant en route before checking in at the hotel in Fresno.

DAY 05 : MONTEREY BAY - 17-MILE DRIVE - SAN FRANCISCO
After breakfast, depart Fresno and travel toward Monterey Bay, one of California’s most scenic coastal stretches. A relaxed beach stop and time at Cannery Row allow for coastal views, fresh ocean air, and a short break before continuing south along the Pacific.
In the afternoon, enjoy the world-famous 17‑Mile Drive, a spectacular coastal loop renowned for its dramatic shoreline and iconic landscapes. The drive takes approximately two hours, including photo stops and time to appreciate highlights such as Pebble Beach, Spanish Bay, Bird Rock, the Ghost Tree, and the legendary Lone Cypress, before continuing onward toward San Francisco.
On arrival in San Francisco, enjoy a sumptuous dinner at an Indian restaurant before checking in at the hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 06 : SAN FRANCISCO SIGHTSEEING WITH CRUISE
After breakfast, enjoy the amazing skyline of San Francisco on the exciting Bay Cruise offering spectacular views of the Golden Gate bridge, Alcatraz island, Bay Bridge, Downtown, and Marina.
After that, begin the city tour with a visit to The Flyer SF at Pier 39 for a fun and exciting interactive experience with the whole group. With motion seats, in-theatre special effects, live-action and computer-generated imagery to simulate flight, The Flyer SF gives a perfect introduction to San Francisco.
After a relaxed lunch, go on an expert guided city tour visiting the famous landmarks of the city including Fisherman’s Wharf, Nob hill, Financial district, Lombard Street, China Town and Golden Gate Bridge Park. Enjoy a spectacular view of San Francisco from Twin peaks, the two prominent hills with an elevation of about 925 feet (282 m) located near the geographic center of San Francisco and offering one of the best views of the city.
Experience an exciting ride on the famous San Francisco cable car, the world’s last manually operated Cable car system, for a ride like no other in the world (if operational).
In the evening, visit an Indian restaurant for a sumptuous dinner before returning to your hotel.
DAY 07 : DEPARTURE
Check out of the hotel before 11 a.m. and transfer to San Francisco International Airport for your departure. Your driver will pick you up from the hotel based on your departure flight timing.

Things to Carry:

• Tour Voucher containing essential contact numbers.
Hotel Check-In Deposit:
A deposit is required by the hotel at the time of first check-in for the tour to cover incidental charges. This may be provided either by credit/debit card in the guest’s own name (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover), or, if no card is available, by a refundable cash deposit of $200 per room, per night. In the case of a cash deposit, guests must inform us in advance so that we can notify the hotel accordingly. If no incidentals are used, card holds are released by the bank in about three weeks, while cash deposits must be requested and collected by the guest at the time of checkout. Guests should also request a zero balance statement from the hotel at checkout for their records.

Travel Essentials: Recommended luggage includes one carry-on and one international size suitcase per person to ensure comfort and space in the coach.
Hotel Details: The Standard Room is equipped with a king size bed and has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. For three or four guests, a room with two double beds will be booked. Rollaway beds are not available in rooms with two beds. Hotel pricing includes room rate, tax and breakfast. Any additional incidentals incurred during the stay must be paid by the guests.
Please note: Hotels listed are indicative. In case of changes, equal or higher category hotels will be provided.
Check-In/Out Times: Hotel check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m.
Baggage Handling: Porterage or baggage handling is not included but is available for a fee at the hotel's bell desk.
Transportation: Coach sizes vary based on passenger numbers, ranging from 15 to 55 seats. For smaller groups, the driver may also act as the tour leader. Seating on the bus is on a first-come, first-served basis. The coach makes enough stops for restroom breaks.
Airport Transfers: Complimentary airport transfers are included. All guests in a booking must arrive and depart together to qualify.
Dining Arrangements: Restaurants are within walking distance from some hotels. For groups of 15 or less, all meals are set menus (not buffet) and served to the table. Water bottles, kettles, and coffee/tea maker in rooms are not guaranteed.
Itinerary Management: The tour manager meets the group at 6:30 p.m. on the first day in the hotel lobby. They may change the itinerary based on weather and traffic conditions for safety reasons.
Communication and Conduct: A valid roaming/WhatsApp contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation for smooth transfers and other services. Political and religious discussions during travel are discouraged to maintain a harmonious environment.
Unforeseen Events: Hotels are subject to change due to acts of God, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a similar hotel will be provided; however, no monetary compensation will be offered for changes or coach breakdowns.
Personal Belongings and Liability: Passengers are responsible for their valuables and personal belongings throughout the tour. The operator is not liable for lost items or any damage caused by customers to hotels, coaches, or anywhere while on tour.
Precautions and Recommendations: It is recommended to book flights with refundable fares and consider trip cancellation and interruption protection to safeguard against unexpected travel disruptions.
Accessibility and Special Needs: We are committed to inclusivity and strive to cater to the needs of all travelers. Unfortunately, the existing tour arrangements do not support assistance for guests with mobility impairments or those in need of wheelchair access, except for the accommodation of lightweight manual wheelchairs that can be stowed in the luggage hold, provided a family member accompanies to assist.

Prices are per person, based on double occupancy (two adults sharing one room).
• Triple/quad occupancy: $150 per person discount.
• Children (2–9 years): $550 discount when sharing with 1–3 adults.
• Solo travelers: single supplement of $600 applies.
• Infants (under 2 years): travel free.
• Maximum room occupancy: 4 persons (excluding infants).

FLIGHT INFORMATION
Travelers can book their flights on own with any airline of their choice. Suggested timings for arrival and departure are as follows:
• Arrive at Las Vegas International airport (LAS) between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.. If you arrive after 4 p.m. (for domestic arrivals) or 3 p.m. (international arrivals), you might miss the itinerary scheduled for Day 1.
• Depart from San Francisco SFO anytime after 8 a.m. (hotel checkout time is 11 a.m.).
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Payment:
A deposit of 20% per guest is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The balance payment must be completed 30 days prior to departure.
Tour Cancellation Policy:
The following cancellation terms apply to the tour’s land arrangements, including hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and services arranged by us:
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure are eligible for a full refund of the tour amount.
• Cancellations made 11–29 days before departure will receive a 50% refund of the tour amount.
• Cancellations made within 10 days of departure are non-refundable.
Amendments & Changes:
• We understand that travel plans may change. Requests for amendments to dates, names, or services will be accommodated wherever possible, subject to availability and any additional costs.
• If confirmed hotels are unavailable due to amendments or last-minute changes, alternate accommodations of a similar standard will be provided.
