DAY 01 : ARRIVE IN NEW YORK - TIMES SQUARE
Arrive at JFK or LGA airport. After collecting your luggage, contact your driver using the number provided on your voucher and proceed to the designated meeting point for your complimentary transfer to Manhattan. Upon arrival at the hotel, check in after 4 p.m.; if you arrive earlier, you may leave your luggage with the bell desk and explore the vibrant sights of Times Square.
Meet your tour director at 7 p.m. in the hotel lobby to start the tour. Spend some time at Times Square before enjoying a sumptuous dinner at an Indian restaurant.
Enjoy more time at Times Square on your own before returning to the hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 02 : NEW YORK CITY SIGHTSEEING - DINNER CRUISE
After a delicious breakfast at an Indian restaurant, go on a City Tour of New York with an experienced tour guide. The drive-by tour of the bustling city covers the 9/11 Memorial, United Nations Organization, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, The Vessel (Hudson Yard), and Brooklyn Bridge, with planned photo stops at each attraction.
After lunch, visit SUMMIT One Vanderbilt at the top of midtown Manhattan’s tallest skyscraper, where you will find one of the best views of the city, from rare up-close views of the Chrysler Building to the Empire State Building and Central Park. Your experience begins with an atmospheric elevator ride to the 91st floor where you’re greeted by a massive, mirrored room that looks out over New York City. You can also check out Levitation, a glass skybox that lets you feel as if you’re floating one-thousand feet above Madison Avenue.
Elevate your evening with an unforgettable New York dinner cruise! Step aboard a stunning vessel and set sail on a remarkable journey featuring delectable cuisine and breathtaking twilight views of the Hudson River. Sit back and take in NYC’s iconic landmarks, including the Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge, all while enjoying a flavorful Indian dinner accompanied by lively Bollywood tunes. This one-of-a-kind cruise promises an experience that creates lasting memories.

DAY 03 : SHOPPING - PHILADELPHIA - WASHINGTON D.C
Commence your day with a flavorful breakfast at an Indian restaurant. Afterwards, venture to The Mills at Jersey Gardens, an expansive shopping destination comprising over 200 stores, offering an array of shopping choices. Embrace the flexibility to enjoy a diverse range of dining options for lunch in the mall's food court, catering to various tastes and preferences.
Depart for Philadelphia (2 hours). Upon arrival, embark on an engaging guided city tour. Visit Independence Hall and view the iconic Liberty Bell, then enjoy a scenic drive along Benjamin Franklin Parkway and charming Elfreth’s Alley, with photo stops at notable landmarks as your expert guide blends fascinating history with lively commentary.
Drive to Washington D.C (3.5 hours). Enjoy a sumptuous dinner en route at an Indian restaurant before checking into your hotel. Overnight stay in Washington D.C.

DAY 04 : WASHINGTON D.C SIGHTSEEING - HARRISBURG
Begin your expert guided city tour of Washington DC with a visit to The People’s House: A White House Experience, an interactive exhibit offering an inside look at the history and significance of the White House and the presidency. Continue with guided stops at the World War II Memorial and Lincoln Memorial, then enjoy exterior views and photo opportunities at both the White House and the U.S. Capitol Building.

DAY 05 : CAPITOL TOUR - HERSHEY - CORNING - NIAGARA FALLS
Tour the Capitol of Pennsylvania in downtown Harrisburg. The State Capitol is often referred to as a "palace of art" because of its many sculptures, murals and stained-glass windows, most of which are Pennsylvania themed. (Guided tour is subject to availability and timing).
Visit Hershey's Chocolate World where you can embark on an exhilarating chocolate ride that transports you to the very origin of chocolate making. Enjoy the delightful and interactive journey, unwrapping the adventure of chocolate creation.
After lunch, drive to Corning to check out the world’s most comprehensive Glass collection at the Corning Museum of Glass.
Proceed to Niagara Falls (3 hours). En route, enjoy a sumptuous dinner at an Indian restaurant. Upon arrival, experience the magic of Niagara Falls at night, where you can see the Falls lit up in the colors of the rainbow. Check in to the hotel for overnight in Niagara Falls.

DAY 06 : NIAGARA FALLS SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast at hotel, walk to the world famous Niagara Falls for a true American experience. Spend the rest of the day taking in the spectacular beauty of the Falls through a variety of attractions and activities that are safe for children of all ages.
Experience the unforgettable Maid of the Mist boat tour, America’s most amazing boat ride since 1846! See the raging currents and hear the deafening thunder as you get close to the Falls.
Opening date for the Maid of the Mist boat ride depends on ice conditions. Check the attraction's website for the latest information on their operating schedule.
Get up close and personal with the Falls with the Cave of the Winds trip, which takes you closer to the waters of Niagara Falls than you thought possible.
Indulge in a relaxed lunch at one of the diverse restaurants in the food court. Afterwards, enjoy a leisurely evening exploring the surroundings at your own pace. Conclude your day with a pleasant walk to the Indian restaurant to savor a delightful meal!

DAY 07 : BUFFALO - ORLANDO
Check out of the hotel before 11 a.m. and transfer to Buffalo airport for your departure. Your driver will pick you up from the hotel based on your departure flight timing.​​

Arrive at Orlando International (MCO) airport. After collecting your luggage, contact your driver using the number provided on your voucher and proceed to the designated meeting point for your complimentary transfer to the centrally located hotel in Orlando.

DAY 08 : MAGIC KINGDOM THEME PARK
Start your morning with a leisurely hotel breakfast, preparing for a day that feels straight out of a dream. Stop by the front desk to confirm the shuttle schedule, then set off for the Magic Kingdom where every corner hums with music, color, and imagination.
Spend the day wandering through lands of nostalgia and wonder: soar over Neverland, sail with pirates, race through space, and watch Main Street come alive with laughter and parades. Meet beloved Disney characters, capture those once-in-a-lifetime photos, and stay for the fireworks that crown the night in a burst of magic.

DAY 09 : PORT CANAVERAL - BAHAMAS CRUISE
Begin your day with an unhurried breakfast at the hotel before setting out for the next adventure in your journey. At 10:00 AM, your driver will arrive for a comfortable transfer to the Port Canaveral cruise terminal.
We recommend embarking on a Royal Caribbean cruise, setting sail every Friday, where ocean views and endless onboard adventures await.
Note: The 3-Night Royal Caribbean Cruise to the Bahamas (departing on Fridays from Port Canaveral) is not included in this tour package, and must be booked separately.

DAY 10 & 11 : BAHAMAS CRUISE

DAY 12 : PORT CANAVERAL - ORLANDO (FREE DAY)
Your representative will meet you at the cruise terminal around 8:00 AM for a smooth transfer to your hotel in Orlando. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, but you can leave your luggage with the bell desk and make the most of your free day.
Spend the day your way. Relax by the pool, explore nearby shops, or simply unwind after your cruise.

DAY 15 : LAS VEGAS SIGHTSEEING
Today is a free day for you to explore Las Vegas at your own pace. There are plenty of exciting optional activities you can book on your own:
For breathtaking natural wonders, consider a Grand Canyon tour (West Rim) or a visit to Bryce & Zion National Parks. A helicopter tour over the Grand Canyon offers a spectacular aerial view.

Adventure seekers can experience the thrill of ATV rides or dune buggy tours in the Mojave Desert.
For a more relaxed day, explore the Las Vegas Strip, visit iconic hotels like The Venetian, Bellagio, and Caesars Palace, and enjoy a gondola ride, or discover history at the Neon Museum and The Mob Museum.
If you're looking for panoramic city views, the High Roller Observation Wheel or the thrilling rides at the Stratosphere Tower are great options.
Note - These activities are not part of your tour package and must be booked separately if you’re interested. Please ensure you return to the hotel by 6 p.m, as the evening itinerary will proceed as scheduled. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be provided.
In the evening, savor a flavorful dinner at a local Indian restaurant, then embark on a guided Las Vegas Strip Night Tour to marvel at the glittering lights, themed resorts, and iconic attractions along Las Vegas Boulevard. Continue to the Fremont Street Experience, where a massive LED canopy comes alive with a dazzling light-and-sound show as zipliners soar overhead.
Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 16 : SHOPPING - LOS ANGELES SIGHTSEEING
After a delightful breakfast, check out from the hotel and embark on a scenic journey to Los Angeles, the entertainment capital of the world (approximately 4 hours).
Along the way, indulge in some retail therapy at Ontario Mills Mall, a premier shopping and tourist destination in Southern California, offering a mix of top brands and unique finds.
Upon arrival in Los Angeles, set out on an expert-guided city tour, where our knowledgeable guide will introduce you to the city’s most iconic sights. Drive past legendary landmarks like the Avenue of Stars, Dolby Theatre, and the glamorous Rodeo Drive. DAY 19 : SAN FRANCISCO SIGHTSEEING WITH CRUISE
After breakfast, enjoy the amazing skyline of San Francisco on the exciting Bay Cruise offering spectacular views of the Golden Gate bridge, Alcatraz island, Bay Bridge, Downtown, and Marina.
After that, begin the city tour with a visit to The Flyer SF at Pier 39 for a fun and exciting interactive experience with the whole group. With motion seats, in-theatre special effects, live-action and computer-generated imagery to simulate flight, The Flyer SF gives a perfect introduction to San Francisco.
After a relaxed lunch, go on an expert guided city tour visiting the famous landmarks of the city including Fisherman’s Wharf, Nob hill, Financial district, Lombard Street, China Town and Golden Gate Bridge Park. Enjoy a spectacular view of San Francisco from Twin peaks, the two prominent hills with an elevation of about 925 feet (282 m) located near the geographic center of San Francisco and offering one of the best views of the city.

FLIGHT INFORMATION
Travelers are free to book their pre- and post-tour flights on own with any airline of their choice. Suggested timings for arrival and departure are as follows:
• Arrive at New York JFK between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.. If you arrive after 5 p.m. (for domestic arrivals) or 4 p.m. (international arrivals), you might miss the itinerary scheduled for Day 1.
• Depart from San Francisco SFO anytime after 8 a.m. (hotel checkout time is 11 a.m.).

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Payment:
• A $250 deposit per guest is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
• The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure.
Cancellation Policy:
• 30 days or more before departure: Free cancellation with full refund.
• 11–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Within 10 days of departure: Non-refundable.
Amendments:
• We know travel plans can sometimes change. Wherever possible, we will accommodate changes to dates, names, or other details, subject to availability and any additional costs. Airline change fees or fare differences for the internal flight will be passed on to the guest.
• If hotels are fully booked at the time of change, or in the case of last-minute bookings, alternate accommodations of similar standard will be provided.

TOUR GUIDELINES ​
Things to Carry:
• Raincoat or Umbrella (One for each guest).
• Weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable walking shoes.
• Identification documents.
• Tour Voucher containing essential contact numbers.
Hotel Check-In Deposit:
A deposit is required by the hotel at the time of first check-in for the tour to cover incidental charges. This may be provided either by credit/debit card in the guest’s own name (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover), or, if no card is available, by a refundable cash deposit of USD 100 per room, per night. In the case of a cash deposit, guests must inform us in advance so that we can notify the hotel accordingly. If no incidentals are used, card holds are released by the bank in about three weeks, while cash deposits must be requested and collected by the guest at the time of checkout.​ Guests should also request a zero balance statement from the hotel at checkout for their records.
Contact Details: Tour manager contact details will be available one week before departure. Dedicated tour managers are assigned for each segment of the journey. A U.S. East Coast tour manager will accompany guests from New York through Niagara Falls, and a separate West Coast tour manager will welcome the group in Las Vegas and remain with guests through the California portion of the itinerary.
Travel Essentials: Recommended luggage includes one carry-on and one international size suitcase per person to ensure comfort and space in the coach.
Hotel Details: The Standard Room is equipped with a king size bed and has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. For three or four guests, a room with two double beds will be booked. Rollaway beds are not available in rooms with two beds. Hotel pricing includes room rate, tax and breakfast. Any additional incidentals incurred during the stay must be paid by the guests.
Please note: Hotels listed are indicative. In case of changes, equal or higher category hotels will be provided.
Check-In/Out Times: Hotel check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m.
Baggage Handling: Porterage or baggage handling is not included but is available for a fee at the hotel's bell desk.
Transportation: Coach sizes vary based on passenger numbers, ranging from 15 to 55 seats. For smaller groups, the driver may also act as the tour leader. Seating on the bus is on a first-come, first-served basis. The coach makes enough stops for restroom breaks.
Domestic Flight & Baggage: The tour price includes a one-way, economy-class flight from Buffalo (BUF) to Las Vegas (LAS) scheduled to arrive before 5:00 PM. Flight schedules are controlled by the airline and may change; comparable alternate flights may be arranged if necessary. Each guest may bring one personal item and one standard carry-on bag in accordance with the airline’s policy. Checked baggage is not included. Fees for checked bags, overweight or oversize items, optional seat selection, upgrades, or any other airline-imposed charges are the sole responsibility of the guest and must be paid directly to the airline.
Airport Transfers: Complimentary airport transfers are included. All guests in a booking must arrive and depart together to qualify.
Dining Arrangements: Restaurants are within walking distance from some hotels. For groups of 15 or less, all meals are set menus (not buffet) and served to the table. Water bottles, kettles, and coffee/tea maker in rooms are not guaranteed.
Itinerary Management: The tour manager meets the group at 6:30 p.m. on the first day in the hotel lobby. They may change the itinerary based on weather and traffic conditions for safety reasons.
Communication and Conduct: A valid roaming/WhatsApp contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation for smooth transfers and other services. Political and religious discussions during travel are discouraged to maintain a harmonious environment.
Unforeseen Events: Hotels are subject to change due to acts of God, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a similar hotel will be provided; however, no monetary compensation will be offered for changes or coach breakdowns.
Personal Belongings and Liability: Passengers are responsible for their valuables and personal belongings throughout the tour. The operator is not liable for lost items or any damage caused by customers to hotels, coaches, or anywhere while on tour.
Precautions and Recommendations: It is recommended to book flights with refundable fares and consider trip cancellation and interruption protection to safeguard against unexpected travel disruptions.​
Accessibility and Special Needs: We are committed to inclusivity and strive to cater to the needs of all travelers. Unfortunately, the existing tour arrangements do not support assistance for guests with mobility impairments or those in need of wheelchair access, except for the accommodation of lightweight manual wheelchairs that can be stowed in the luggage hold, provided a family member accompanies to assist.
