DAY 01 : ARRIVE IN VANCOUVER

Upon arrival in Vancouver International Airport (YVR), you will be picked up by our representative and transferred to the hotel. Check in after 3 p.m.
​At 6 p.m., meet your tour manager to begin your tour. Enjoy dinner at a local Indian restaurant before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.

2 nights at Delta Burnaby, Hilton Metrotown, or similar.

 

DAY 02 : WHISTLER DAY TRIP

After breakfast, embark on a journey to Whistler, with a brief photo stop at the majestic Shannon Falls, a towering waterfall standing at an impressive 481 meters.
Experience the allure of Whistler, a charming alpine village nestled under the shadow of the Blackcomb Mountains. This renowned area, home to North America's largest ski resort, Whistler Blackcomb, offers year-round outdoor adventures in a vibrant, alluring atmosphere. Enjoy leisure time to explore Whistler Village and elevate your experience with the awe-inspiring Peak 2 Peak Gondola Ride, offering breathtaking vistas of glaciers, extinct volcanoes, and snow-capped mountains.
Later, return to Vancouver. Explore The Capilano Bridge, where nature reveals its splendor from three captivating viewpoints – the Capilano Suspension Bridge, Treetops Adventure, and the exhilarating new Cliffwalk. The iconic 450-foot (137-meter) long Capilano Suspension Bridge, set 230 feet (70 meters) high, has captivated visitors since 1889, offering a wondrous experience amidst nature.
Conclude the day with a delicious dinner at an Indian restaurant. 

 

DAY 03 : VANCOUVER SIGHTSEEING - SUN PEAKS - KAMLOOPS

After breakfast, head to Flyover Canada for an incredible virtual flight experience. Here, you'll 'take off' into a large domed screen, enjoying a stunning aerial journey over Canada's most spectacular landscapes. Please be aware that children need to be a minimum height of 102cm (40 inches) to participate.

Later, proceed on an enchanting guided city tour of Vancouver led by a seasoned guide, navigating through the city's iconic gems, including the serene Stanley Park, charming Gastown, and the famed Steam Clock. Immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of Vancouver, which extends from its colorful downtown neighborhoods to its culturally diverse suburbs and mountainous districts, offering a multitude of fascinating discoveries.
Following lunch, set out on a scenic drive toward Sun Peaks Grand Resort, located within a historically significant area once inhabited by the Secwepemc Indigenous community. Embrace the opportunity to explore this captivating resort at your leisure, brimming with offerings tailored for an enchanting retreat. Conclude the day with dinner and a restful overnight stay at the resort.

DAY 04 : KAMLOOPS - JASPER

Leave the hotel after a satisfying breakfast. Journey onward from Sun Peaks towards your next destination, Jasper. Traverse through changing time zones while on the route, encountering the impressive Mount Robson, which stands as the loftiest peak in the Canadian Rockies. Travel along the Yellowhead Highway, offering remarkable vistas of the Monashee Mountains while skirting the formidable Thompson River. 
Upon arrival at Jasper, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant before checking in at the hotel. Overnight stay in Jasper.

DAY 05 : JASPER - BANFF

After breakfast, check out and proceed on a full-day journey to Banff. On the way to Banff National Park, stop briefly at Athabasca Falls, the most powerful falls in the Rockies set against a pretty mountain backdrop. ​
Travel the Icefields Parkway, one of the world's most picturesque mountain routes, nestled in the core of the Canadian Rockies. This stunning drive is surrounded by towering mountain peaks, vibrant blue lakes, caribou crossings, and accessible glaciers. En-route, have a quick stop at Peyto Lake or Moraine Lake.
Upon arrival, drive to the Glacier Discovery Centre to board the Ice Explorer which will take you to the Athabasca Glacier. Enjoy the awesome Glacier Skywalk, a 1-hour experience which combines a perfect balance of breathtaking views of alpine and glacial vistas, interpretive story-telling and an exciting walk on a glass-floored observation platform 918 feet (280 metres) over spectacular glacier-formed valleys and rushing waterfalls.​
Afterward, enjoy leisure time to discover the charms of Banff town. Then head to a local Indian restaurant for dinner and check in at the hotel in Canmore for a relaxing stay.

DAY 06 : YOHO NATIONAL PARK - LAKE LOUISE

Following breakfast, head to Yoho National Park, renowned for its towering rock walls, stunning waterfalls, and numerous peaks over 3,000 meters high. The park's name, "Yoho," stems from the Cree expression signifying awe and wonder.
During the visit to Yoho National Park, explore the majestic Emerald Lake and the Bow Falls, witnessing breathtaking views of mountain peaks and vibrant wildflowers. 

Drive to Lake Louise. Considered by many to be the crown jewel of Banff National Park, Lake Louise is one of the Rockies' most spectacular sights. ​Take a stroll through the grounds breathing in the fresh mountain air. Surrounded by soaring mountain peaks, the majestic Victoria Glacier and a glistening emerald lake, the iconic Chateau Lake Louise in the heart of Banff National Park is one of the most photographed destinations on earth.​ Experience the extraordinary power of the Kicking Horse River as it flows beneath a naturally formed stone bridge at the Natural Bridges.

Driving back to the hotel, pause at various viewpoints, including the Continental Divide, the Meeting of the River Viewpoint, and the Spiral Tunnels.

Enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant.​

DAY 07 : BANFF - CALGARY

After breakfast, depart Banff for Calgary with a few scenic stops along the way. Capture classic Banff views at Surprise Corner and Bow Falls, and enjoy glimpses of Tunnel Mountain and Lake Minnewanka. Then, ascend Sulphur Mountain by the Banff Gondola for sweeping views of the Rockies before continuing east to Calgary.
Upon arrival in Calgary, drive through the town and see the iconic places like the Calgary Tower, Canada Olympic Park, etc.  Overnight at the hotel in Calgary. 

After dinner at an Indian restaurant, check in to the hotel for the evening.

DAY 08 : CALGARY - TORONTO

After breakfast, check out of the hotel (before 11 a.m.) and transfer to Calgary International Airport (YYC) via the complimentary hotel shuttle for departure.

Upon arrival in Toronto International airport (YYZ), take the complimentary hotel shuttle to transfer to the hotel. Check in after 3 p.m. ​

Meet and greet with tour manager at 6 p.m. in the hotel lobby. Your tour director will prepare you for your upcoming adventure. Enjoy a fabulous Indian dinner with an array of mouthwatering dishes laid in buffet style at an Indian restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 09 : TORONTO - NIAGARA FALLS CANADA

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to​ Niagara Falls. Stop by the Niagara-on-the-Lake, a lovely small town near Lake Ontario, to enjoy a brief tour of a winery.  You will also have a quick photo stop at the famous Floral Clock.​

Arrive at Niagara Falls and check-in at the hotel.

At 6 p.m, meet the group at the hotel lobby and visit an Indian restaurant for a sumptuous dinner. Later, visit the Skylon Tower, the legendary landmark in Niagara Falls, Canada, to get spectacular panoramic views of both the Canadian and American sides of Niagara Falls. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 10 : NIAGARA FALLS CANADA - TORONTO

After breakfast, board the Hornblower Cruise for a thrilling ride to experience the unforgettable Niagara Falls up-close! Hear the deafening thunder as you get close to the Falls. Feel the refreshing mist of 600,000 gallons of water falling before your eyes every second while you are taken into the center of the swirling mist. ​Experience the Journey Behind the Falls, which takes you closer to the waters of Niagara Falls than you thought possible. Descend 150 ft. by elevator, where a short tunnel gives access to two outdoor observation decks located directly behind the Falls.

In the afternoon, head to Toronto for a three-hour guided city tour, where expert guides will showcase the city's historic landmarks, vibrant attractions, and stunning scenery. Later, savor a delightful dinner at an Indian restaurant before checking in to your hotel.

DAY 11 : ROCKPORT - OTTAWA

After breakfast, check out and drive towards Ottawa (3 hours). En-route, stop at The Big Apple - a roadside venue featuring counter-serve dining, a country store, mini golf and kiddie train rides. 

Continue to Rockport, where you will board the cruise to enjoy spectacular views of the 1000 Islands. Explore island culture as you glide past opulent cottages, natural landmarks and elaborate castles. ​

In the evening, journey to Ottawa for a guided city tour, where you'll discover the city's political significance, architectural highlights, and historical charm. Visit famous landmarks such as Parliament Hill, the architecturally stunning National Gallery, and the lovely Rideau Canal, which cuts through the city, offering boating in the summer and ice-skating in the winter. The city is compact, clean and offers a gratifying taste of Canadian culture and hospitality.​

Wrap up the day with a flavorful dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight in Ottawa.

DAY 12 : OTTAWA SIGHTSEEING - MONTREAL

After breakfast, drive to Montreal (3 hours). Upon arrival, visit the Notre-Dame Basilica of Montreal. The tour provides an ideal introduction to the history of Notre-Dame Parish, the building of the church, key architectural features and the many works of art that adorn the building. A masterpiece of Gothic Revival architecture, the magnificent wood interior and the boldly modern design of the Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Coeur Chapel captivate hundreds of thousands of visitors each year. 

Proceed on a guided city tour of Montreal with an expert guide as you take in the photogenic 18th-century facades of Old Montréal and visit famous attractions such as Olympia Park, and St Joseph's Oratory. ​Enjoy a sumptuous dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight in Montreal.

DAY 13 : QUEBEC CITY DAY TRIP

After breakfast, proceed to Quebec City (3 hours). ​Visit Motmertency Falls, a majestic natural wonder located in the heart of the wilderness. Experience the awe-inspiring sight as the cascading waters create a mesmerizing display, making it a must-visit destination for nature enthusiasts and adventure seekers alike.

After lunch, proceed on a guided city tour of Quebec City with an expert guide. This beautiful city preserves the soul of the province and its French Canadian identity. It also happens to be one of North America’s oldest and most magnificent settlements. Its picturesque Old Town is a Unesco World Heritage site, a living museum of narrow cobblestone streets, 17th- and 18th-century houses and soaring church spires, with the splendid Château Frontenac towering above it all. The city presents more than a glimmer of Old Europe in its classic bistros, sidewalk cafes and manicured squares. ​Drive back to Montreal. Enjoy a sumptuous dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight stay in Montreal.

DAY 14 : DEPARTURE

After breakfast, check out of the hotel (before 11 am) and transfer to Montreal International Airport (YUL) via the complimentary hotel shuttle for departure. The shuttle operates from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.. If you have an early flight & the shuttle is not operational, please take a cab on own. Packed breakfast option is not available for passengers taking early flight.

Children (2–9 years): $1250 discount when sharing with 1–3 adults.

Solo travelers: single supplement of $1500 applies.

FLIGHT INFORMATION

Travelers can book their flights on own with any airline of their choice. Suggested timings for arrival and departure are as follows:
Arrive in Vancouver International Airport (YVR) on Day 1 (Sunday) before 3 p.m. and depart from Montreal International airport (YUL) anytime on Day 14 (Saturday).

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking & Payment:

A 20% deposit per guest is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

The remaining balance is due 45 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

30 days or more before departure: Free cancellation with full refund.

22–29 days before departure: 50% refund.

Within 21 days of departure: Non-refundable.

Amendments:

We know travel plans can sometimes change. Wherever possible, we will accommodate changes to dates, names, or other details, subject to availability and any additional costs.

If hotels are fully booked at the time of change, or in the case of last-minute bookings, alternate accommodations of similar standard will be provided.

Hotel Check-In Deposit:

A deposit is required by the hotel at the time of first check-in for the tour to cover incidental charges. This may be provided either by credit/debit card in the guest’s own name (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover), or, if no card is available, by a refundable cash deposit of CAD 100 per room, per night. In the case of a cash deposit, guests must inform us in advance so that we can notify the hotel accordingly. If no incidentals are used, card holds are released by the bank in about three weeks, while cash deposits must be requested and collected by the guest at the time of checkout.​ Guests should also request a zero balance statement from the hotel at checkout for their records.

Travel Essentials: Recommended luggage includes one carry-on and one international size suitcase per person to ensure comfort and space in the coach.

Hotel Details: Standard rooms feature either a king-size bed or two double beds, accommodating up to four guests. Room rates include taxes and breakfast, where applicable.  Any additional incidentals incurred during the stay must be paid by the guests.

Please note: Hotels listed are indicative. In case of changes, equal or higher category hotels will be provided.

Check-In/Out Times: Hotel check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m.

Baggage Handling: Porterage or baggage handling is not included but is available for a fee at the hotel's bell desk.

Transportation: Coach sizes vary based on passenger numbers, ranging from 15 to 55 seats. For smaller groups, the driver may also act as the tour leader. Seating on the bus is on a first-come, first-served basis. The coach makes enough stops for restroom breaks.

Domestic Flight & Baggage: The tour price includes a one-way, economy-class flight from Calgary (YYC) to Toronto (YYZ) scheduled to arrive before 5:00 PM. Flight schedules are controlled by the airline and may change; comparable alternate flights may be arranged if necessary. Each guest may bring one personal item and one standard carry-on bag in accordance with the airline’s policy. Checked baggage is not included. Fees for checked bags, overweight or oversize items, optional seat selection, upgrades, or any other airline-imposed charges are the sole responsibility of the guest and must be paid directly to the airline.

Airport Transfers: Complimentary airport transfers are included. All guests in a booking must arrive and depart together to qualify.

Dining Arrangements: Restaurants are within walking distance from some hotels. For groups of 15 or less, all meals are set menus (not buffet) and served to the table. Water bottles, kettles, and coffee/tea maker in rooms are not guaranteed.

Itinerary Management: The tour manager meets the group at 6 p.m. on the first day in the hotel lobby. They may change the itinerary based on weather and traffic conditions for safety reasons.

Communication and Conduct: A valid roaming/WhatsApp contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation for smooth transfers and other services. Political and religious discussions during travel are discouraged to maintain a harmonious environment.

Unforeseen Events: Hotels are subject to change due to acts of God, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a similar hotel will be provided; however, no monetary compensation will be offered for changes or coach breakdowns.

Personal Belongings and Liability: Passengers are responsible for their valuables and personal belongings throughout the tour. The operator is not liable for lost items or any damage caused by customers to hotels, coaches, or anywhere while on tour.

Precautions and Recommendations: It is recommended to book flights with refundable fares and consider trip cancellation and interruption protection to safeguard against unexpected travel disruptions.​

Accessibility and Special Needs: We are committed to inclusivity and strive to cater to the needs of all travelers. Unfortunately, the existing tour arrangements do not support assistance for guests with mobility impairments or those in need of wheelchair access, except for the accommodation of lightweight manual wheelchairs that can be stowed in the luggage hold, provided a family member accompanies to assist.
