Tour was arranged nicely. Tour manager was nice given her experience and gave guidelines regarding the places to be visited. Hotel management was also excellent. I will refer this tour to my friends who are likely to visit shortly. My suggestion is that [you] arrange the lunch also in tour [for those] who are purely vegetarian with extra contribution.

Tour manager for west coast tour was amazing. Very helpful. Made the entire group enjoy travel and have fun. First tour manager on east coast was alright. Not going out of the way helping others. Pick up from the arrival and drop at the airport was on time. Itinerary was good. Tour Manager was prompt for providing breakfast, Rides, and Dinners. Universal studio and Grand Cannon tour was well organised and without hassle. We can give four * out of five *
