The entire tour was managed extremely well. Properties were excellent. Food was excellent. Breakfast was good. Places covered were excellent. Special mention about our great tour manager who kept the people together and had great fun in the bus. Instructions were just perfect.

It was seamless, well coordinated, guide was awesome. Made it really easy on elderly family visiting from India.

We loved every minute of the tour. It was very well organized and we had a great time! Days after the trip, my wife still talks about how awesome the tour guide is and how well she took care of everyone. Dinner was fantastic and the hotels were great! The tour was excellent. What we liked about the tour: Tour director - hotels - choice of sightseeing location - time given at sightseeing location - food (of course)

The tour is well managed and is particularly suitable to senior citizens / first time travellers to US. The tour guide made sure that the travellers understood all the guidelines properly. He gave valuable tips which particularly were very much essential for the Senior Citizens or the less travelled. Also I liked the fact that sufficient time was provided to spend at Niagara (particularly the night view) and the hotel was at close distance from Niagara making it quite convenient to reach there and spend maximum time there. The only thing which I didn't enjoy much was the city tour of Philadelphia. It was too short and wasn't worth it. The city bus tour audio system wasn't working properly and we could barely manage to hear / understand anything that the tour guide said. I feel that instead of the City tour, the tour should cover 2-3 landmarks of Philadelphia as is being done for Washington. That would be more meaningful. Also it would be good if the guides could give us more insights about the local history and the places being visited before hand to generate and create more interest among the travellers.

We loved everything about it. The way it was organized, the punctuality, the food, the coverage of places. We especially liked our tour manager, he became like a family to us. He took care of everything really efficiently. We would definitely recommend this tour to our friends.

We go on tours every so often and have seen many places in the world so far. The Elegant East Coast Tour (7day/6nights) was awesome. The tour delivered exactly what was promised. We're picked up from the airport in time and were placed at a good hotel and since then the entire tour went flawless. We had a group of forty members and on day one we all became like one big happy Indian family. During the whole trip, we're placed at very good star hotels (which served excellent continental breakfast in the mornings) and we're taken to nice Indian Restaurants in the evening for dinners. So, food and luxurious stay was never a problem. This all was made possible due to the great professionalism demonstrated by the tour director. She was very friendly and committed. She would explain the day's activities very clearly without leaving any room for ambiguity. She took care of both children & elderly very well. A BIG THANK YOU to the tour management for arranging the admission tickets to each and every attraction well in advance which helped us gain entry to all the activities in time without any delays. And, last but not the least, the bus driver Towanda was so superb, she drove the bus so smoothly & safely that we don't remember feeling even a slight jerk during the whole trip. Overall it was a great tour and lots of beautiful memories to carry back home.

I sent my parents on the tour alone by themselves. And this is their first time out of India on their own, so I was concerned. Also about the food options because they are vegetarian and not used to (and do not like) western food. My parents had a really good experience and they were all praise after the return. They have been well taken care of, both in terms of food, accommodation and travel.
